Targeted Improvement of Service Delivery in Hospitals can be achieved, with the Engagement. Service Delivery Points in Hospitals are evaluated based Patient and other Users Experience. This Evaluation is translated to Rating Scores, through which Hospitals are ranked, based on Locality. Patient Experience of Service Delivery is scored on a scale of 1 to 4, with 1 being the lowest and 4 as the highest. The RYH web platform and applications is provided free to Patients and Users.
